Delivery Information

We offer both shipment and local area drop off for delivery (up to a 5 mile radius) - please ensure to review your selection on checkout.

At this moment in time we do not offer system build/prebuilds with a dedicated GPU for delivery due to high risk of damage.

Only Collection or local drop off (typically within 5 miles) is available for these products, this range is open to discussion within reason.

Local delivery

We offer a free local drop off service for items ordered online or systems.
Please ensure you qualify on checkout with your post code. Date and time will be arranged when your item is ready or has been delivered.

We cannot guarantee exact times or dates due to changing availability of vehicle each week. If no availability, collection can be offered as an alternative. During busier times we may not have any free slots to offer this service.

Shipping Details

WebDuke uses distributors for delivery of items that are not system/prebuilds, these items will be shipped direct to you from their warehouses. Please ensure accurate address, contact number and email for full tracking. We do not hold stock.

Our supplier uses DPD or Royal Mail for all parcels, standard delivery charge is £4.99 for most items while smaller items are £1.99. All orders over £500 total will be free delivery.

If an item is out of stock, we will reach out to offer alternative options which may include an alternative of the same value that is in stock, to wait til the item comes back in stock from our supplier or a full refund.

Typically expect 2-5 working days for most orders

Predict - Our One Hour Delivery Window

DPD provides customers with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel:

• Customers are given a one hour delivery window 
• You can be notified of this by text, email or both (these details can be added during the checkout process) 
• If not convenient you can use the text or email to change the delivery date

PLEASE NOTE

Direct shipments to addresses in Southern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey are not available.

- Cut-off for next day delivery is 16:00 Monday -  Friday
- Next day delivery applies to UK mainland only. Deliveries to Scottish highlands, Ireland or Channel Islands may take 2 working days or more. 
- There may be a surcharge applied for certain addresses (N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish And Scilly Isles)
